1. General Policy: Refunds are issued only under specific conditions as detailed in this policy. All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@rndeduxsolutions.com.

2. Course Enrollment – Live Online Training:
Eligible for Refund:
• If the batch is cancelled by R & D EduX Solutions LLP.
• If the batch is rescheduled and the learner cannot attend.
• If payment was made by mistake (duplicate or incorrect amount), subject to verification.

Not Eligible for Refund:
• If one or more live sessions have been attended.
• If sessions are missed due to personal, technical, or scheduling reasons.
• If the refund request is made 24 hours after batch commencement.

Rescheduling (Instead of Refund):
Learners may request transfer to another batch or batch postponement, subject to seat availability.

3. Self-Paced Courses & E-Learning: Self-paced videos, downloadable materials, and e-learning modules are non-refundable once login credentials are issued or course content has been accessed. This follows standard EdTech industry practices.

4. Academic & Technical Writing Services: Services including research paper writing/editing, thesis/dissertation support, assignment solutions, plagiarism correction, patent drafting assistance, and project proposal writing are non-refundable once work has commenced due to the expert-driven nature of these services.

5. Corporate / University / K–12 School Training: For institutional or bulk programs, 50% advance payment is non-refundable once training dates are confirmed. Refunds are applicable only if the program is cancelled by R & D EduX Solutions LLP. Date changes may be accommodated based on trainer availability.

6. Consulting Services: Payments for AI/ML, Data Science, Energy Consulting, audits, or documentation are non-refundable once work has begun. If cancelled before commencement, a partial refund may be considered after administrative deductions.

7. Technical Issues / Access Problems: In case of technical difficulties, we provide extended access, replacement sessions, or technical support. Refunds are not issued for learner-side internet or device issues.

8. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Transaction or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

9. Policy Updates: R & D EduX Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
